
Certificate of Recognition
About this Award
Purpose: The Certificate of Recognition recognizes an AATF-Wisconsin member’s contributions to world language education.
Eligibility: Recipients must be AATF-Wisconsin members in good standing for at least 3 years and be a current K-16 teacher of French with at least 3 years in the profession.
Award: A plaque. The winner will be recognized at the annual WAFLT AATF-WI Meeting in November.
Nomination Procedure:

Nominations can be submitted by AATF members who have indicated "Wisconsin" as their affiliate chapter. If you are unsure of your status, you can log into the national AATF site (frenchteachers.org) to check.
Nominations may also be submitted by a student or a community member without an AATF membership.

To nominate someone for a Certificate of Recognition, please fill out this Nomination Form and include a letter of endorsement from you. You may also self-nominate for this award and include a personal statement.

Nominations are accepted any time throughout the year until December 15 for that calendar year. Nominations received after December 15 will be considered for the following calendar year.
